Henk Nooteboom
Growing up in a fruit growing family, in the IJssel region, after getting my Fruit Growing diploma at the RMLTS in Tiel, I started working at my uncle and aunt’s fruit growing farm. After several years of working together in a partnership construction, I was able to take over this business.
After selling our company in 1999, I started working in the tree nursery business at several reputable fruit tree nurseries, the first years as a nursery employee and later as a sales manager.
Especially during the last years in arboriculture I got to travel a lot and helped set up and supervise several cultivation projects in different countries inside and outside Europe.
For the past 9 years I had the privilege of working at and for FruitMasters as a cultivation supervisor of mainly club varieties.
Time for Fruit Tree Consultancy.
After 25 years of salaried employment and an extensive network of contacts with extensive experience in fruit growers and fruit tree nurseries in our international fruit industry, the time was ripe to establish Fruit Tree Consultancy in 2024.
